This varies somewhat based on the nature of your event, but typically we’d say twenty to thirty people for a seated event and fifty to sixty standing.

There are several paid lots within easy walking distance of our space, and ample street parking immediately surrounding it.

Is the space accessible?
The Brown House is a restored historic space some elements such as doorknobs, for example, may not be fully ADA compliant. That said, the interior is large and open, with no level changes. There is an accessible restroom, and a portable ramp for access up the two stairs of the front porch is available.

No. Any caterer is fine. The Brown House has a refrigerator available, but does not have a full kitchen or other appliances. Alcohol is permitted on site, but cannot be sold to guests.
